No. Deviating customer conditions are not accepted.

Shipping costs depend on region and order value and are shown during checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Most items are custom-made after payment. The delivery date is stated in the order confirmation.

All goods are packaged securely.

Which payment methods are available?

Payment by bank transfer, PayPal or cash on collection.

What is not a reason for complaint?

Minor irregularities due to handcrafting, tolerances up to ±0.5 mm, slight color deviations or damage caused by improper handling.

Only data required to operate the website or process orders is collected.
