Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are binding for all business relations, sales and other legal transactions between Lauschaer Glasaugen and the purchaser. By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges these conditions. They take precedence over any differing terms of the purchaser.

All prices are subject to change and apply ex works in euros, plus shipping costs, any applicable fees, packaging, and statutory VAT (for Germany and customers from EU countries without a valid VAT ID). In the event of extraordinary fluctuations in raw material prices, we reserve the right to adjust prices.

Delivery is generally made ex works and at the buyer’s risk. Our goods are usually shipped as insured DHL parcels.

Shipping costs:

We always strive for fast delivery. However, with few exceptions, our items are not available for immediate dispatch. As a rule, goods are manufactured after receipt of payment.

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Delivery times depend on the item and quantity ordered. You will receive an exact delivery date with our written order confirmation.

Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or PayPal, or in cash upon collection. Unauthorized modification of our invoices is strictly prohibited.

The following issues are not grounds for a complaint:

• Minor irregularities typical for handmade glass and manual finishing
• Dimensional tolerances of ±0.5 mm
• Slight color variations due to technical reasons
• Breakage of attachments (loops, wires, pins, etc.) after unauthorized bending or alteration

The specified sizes refer to the diameter of the eyes. Not all 1-mm increments are available.

• For doll and figure eyes: Iris size = half of the eye diameter + 1 mm.

• For reborn eyes: the iris is larger (+2–3 mm).
