Right of Withdrawal
Information on the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers.
Right of Withdrawal (valid for private customers only)
You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating any reasons
in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email).
The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this instruction in written form.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal in time.

Consequences of Withdrawal (valid for private customers only)
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned
and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered.
The period for this begins for you when you send your declaration of withdrawal,
and for us upon receipt.
If you cannot return the received goods and benefits (e.g. usage advantages), or can return them only partially or in a deteriorated condition, you must pay compensation for the value of the deterioration. Compensation for deterioration must only be paid if the deterioration is due to handling that goes beyond checking the properties and functioning of the goods.
“Checking the properties and functioning” means testing and trying out the goods as would be possible and customary in a retail store.
Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer shall bear the cost of returning the goods.
To ensure a swift return process, refunds must be made within 14 days. However, we reserve the right to refuse reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until proof has been provided that the goods have been dispatched.
